The health and safety of our students and faculty are our highest priorities. With the growing number of travel restrictions for both academia and industry, and the spread of COVID-19 both internationally and in the United States, we have determined that we could not in good conscience hold a field program this year. We appreciate your interest in SAGE and encourage students to apply to SAGE in 2021.
The Summer of Applied Geophysical Experience is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, charitable organization.
SAGE is an award-winning, 4 week geophysics education and research program for undergraduate students, graduate students, and working professionals.
Based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA, participants meet and work with industry professionals, academics, and government research scientists while using modern geophysical methods to solve complex geologic problems.
SAGE participants acquire, process, and interpret geophysical data at different scales using the following methods:
